Janie the Artist
Janie's work was first exhibited in the Laguna Art Festival in California when she was 7 years old. Since then her "Magical Clowns" and "Magical Seahorses" were featured on a line of gift items and coffee mugs, and her original art-to-wear line of clothing was sold in resort hotels and galleries worldwide.
Janie also won a contract with the Brother's Sewing Machine Company in Osaka, Japan, to illustrate embroidery designs for sewing machine software. Janie's paintings have been exhibited in art galleries in Palm Desert and Beverly Hills, and most recently, she illustrated a children's book for the Richard C. Owens Publishing Company in New York called "Moon".
